JC Concato - Head of College
JC's previous projects include production, engineering and remix work for the likes of Bjork, Portishead, The Cure, Erasure, Allister Whitehead, Galliano, Pressure Drop, Raggatwins and Renegade Soundwave. His career as a sound engineer began in 1993 at London's famed Matrix studios and JC has produced work for numerous record labels including Chrysalis, EMI, Sony, Warner and Blue Note. His work has also appeared on TV and in film projects.
Phil Ramocon - Songwriting and Vocals Tutor
Phil is a hugely experienced musician who has performed with everyone from Jamelia to reggae legends Bob Marley and Jimmy Cliff. He co-wrote "Buffalo Stance" with Neneh Cherry which was nominated for both an Ivor Novello award and a Grammy. He's also done extensive remix and production work and is a very experienced music teacher at diploma and degree level.
Ian Prince - Music Production Tutor

Lucy Ambache - Radio Production Tutor
Lucy hosts the UK's premier urban Breakfast Show on Choice FM, Monday to Friday from 6-10am. She recently hosted the DJ Takeover show on MTV Base and is also known to rock the party at landmark clubs including Ministry of Sound, The Hacienda, and The End. Lucy's deck skills have taken her all over the UK and internationally to France, Spain, Ireland, Thailand, Austrailia. Tamsin AKA Concise One - MC Tutor
Tamsin is talented lyricist, rapper and MC and a writer and performer of poetry/Spoken Word. As an inspiring youth leader she is a committed practitioner of the Arts. Ian Button - Live Sound / Music Production Tutor
As guitarist with acclaimed band Death in Vegas, Ian has played gigs all over the world and recorded with the likes of Iggy Pop, Liam Gallagher and Paul Weller. Ian has also worked with artists including Arthur Baker, Dot Allison and Brandon Block and has amassed a wealth of experience in the music industry - all of which he's keen to pass on to you!
Tanné Roos - Film Making Tutor
Tanné is a South African film graduate currently working as a film tutor and teaching assistant in London. She's been assistant director for a theatre production in Canada in association with ArtSmarts and has worked as a researcher for film-to-book adaptations. Since the age of 13, Tanné's been passionate about film. She's directed several Top 10 chart music videos for South African TV and has directed and acted in various short films, adverts and PSA's.
Andrea Kempson - Singing and Songwriting
A Goldsmiths graduate, Andrea now works with Point Blank as a singing & songwriting tutor and project coordinator. Whilst at uni she was involved in varying community projects ranging from music classes with very young children to rehabilitation work with young offenders. She set up her own project featuring music students from Goldsmiths workshops at Kids Co youth centre in Brixton. This inspired her to pursue music within the community specialising in teaching young people with disabilities.
Ben Bristow - Head DJ Tutor
Mr Bristow has flexed the decks alongside acts such as DJ Yoda, Shy FX, Stig of The Dump, The Freestylers, Bad Company, Randall, Shut Up n Dance, Blakey, The Drunken Allstars and Foreign Beggarz to name but a few. He has instructed some high profile students in his time as a DJ tutor, including Radio 1's Annie Nightingale and the star of Chris Morris's twisted comedy 'Nathan Barley'.
Rickardo Reid - Songwriting Tutor

Tracie Storey is better known as 10 Sui. Heralded as ‘The First Lady of Breaks' she has shared the decks with the likes of Josh Wink, Funk D'void, Silicon Soul, Coldcut and Freeland to name but a few. Over the last 10 years, she has carved her niche in a very competitive industry and has played sets across the globe including tours of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the US. Tracie is currently hosting the "Tweakin'" radio show on Samurai FM.
Anna Kiss - DJ Tutor

Ben Medcalf aka The Rogue Element will be well known to breakbeat fans, won "Best Breakthrough" and a nomination for "Best Album" at the 2006 Breakspoll Awards. He has released a string of acclaimed singles winning DJ support from the likes of James Zabiela, Meat Katie, Etienne de Crecy and Deadmau5. Erran Baron Cohen - Songwriting Tutor
Producer Erran has had extensive experience both live and in the studio. He has worked with bands including Incognito, Terry Callier, Larry Adler and M People. Work credits include collaborations with Grammy award-winner Narada Michael Walden. His band Zohar released their album to critical acclaim and supported the release with extensive touring including appearances at major festivals. More recently, Erran scored the Borat movie soundtrack and wrote a symphony that was performed at St James in Piccadilly.
Nils Johnson - Sound Engineering/Mixing Tutor
As a Sound Engineer/Producer Nils has worked with a wide variety of artists from Groove Armada to Estelle. His production work has been used for various advertising campaigns in Europe and the US. Nils has worked at some of the London's most renowned studios and live venues and has considerable experience as a mastering engineer. Steve Hillier- Songwriting Tutor

He has subsequently contributed to songwriting projects for artists including Tom Jones, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Sugababes and Natalie Imbruglia. You will find Paul's name on several million selling records from the last 20 years including Massive Attacks' "Unfinished Sympathy", Bjork's "Debut ", and Spice Girls singles "Goodbye" and "2 Become 1". A pioneer on the UK House scene he went on to produce some of the biggest hits in UK R&B including Shola Ama's "You Might Need Somebody". Fari has been part of music collective Resonance FM for four years, producing CDs, radio shows, events and performances. She has performed on BBC London as the commissioned artist for London Mela 07and at UK festivals including Bestival and the V Festival. Her live performances and laptop DJ sets take in everything from Indian classical and ancient ragaas to drum and bass and have featured at the ICA, Thames Festival, Big Green Gathering and Asian Mela-London.
Nigel Hosten - DJ Tutor
Nigel Hosten (aka Mr. Dex) has over 10 years DJ experience and has been tutoring since 2006. He has worked as a radio, tour (Saga's of Klashnekoff) and club DJ and performed at venues throughout London including Jazz Café and Fabric. Adam Ryzman - Music Video Production/Film Making Tutor
Adam is a director, editor and animator and has produced music videos for The Fall, The Beautiful South and has been commissioned by EMI, Sony BMG and Universal. On many projects, Adam works with underprivileged children. He has worked in schools, colleges and community centres, motivating hard to reach young people and adults, including themes such as an anti-drugs/anti-social behavioural awareness to be shown at schools throughout the UK.
