Students on Fast Track

Students from Barking College could be on the fast track to a top music school.

London's Point Blank Music School is widely acclaimed as one of the country's best, and talented students from Barking will benefit from a new partnership arrangement between the two organisations and Canterbury Christchurch University.

They will be given the chance to qualify to study for a Higher National Certificate at Point Blank, followed by a place at the University to complete a degree.

Head of cultural and creative industries at Barking College, David Celall, said: "This collaboration is a prime example of how further education colleges can successfully work in partnership with third-parties and inspire learners"
