PUPILS IN A SPIN TO GAIN CIRCUS AND DJ SKILLS

STUDENTS took to the turn tabels at an evening course, which could see them gaining a qualification in DJing.

The Sonic Spin session at Dagenham Park School, School Road, Dagenham was part of a six-week programme offering teenagers the chance to gain DJing skills.

Those who complete the course could see themselves gaining an accreditation from the London Open College Network.

Also taking place at the school were circus skills with Bandit Shed, (Barking and Dagenham Inclusive Theatre).

Head of performing arts Carol Tustanowsky explained that Bandit Shed is part of the school’s arts college community programme and people come from across the borough to take part.
